My grandmother taught me to knit when I was four, hoping it would keep me out of trouble. It didn’t and I’m still knitting… when I’m not adding to my stash… or being a researcher and technical editor… or bush walking… …or listening to music or “appreciating” red wine …

Oh and I do knit other things as well as socks!
