Knitting: Hanging Ornament
Holiday Ornaments are so fun to make, especially when they are customizable!
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
I have always loved gansey sweaters and I wanted to create a large shawl that shared some of the same textures/design features. Though it is a larger project, the individual sections go rather quickly.
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
I wanted to make a pair of fingerless mitts using the Snape’s Stockings stitch pattern. These were knit a while ago and I use them all the time!
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
My daughter kept stealing my fingerless mitts so I knit her a pair that she could wear during her soccer practices and games and things. Since her hands are my size, now I can steal her pair ;)
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
These mitts are perfect for those chilly Autumn and Winter days and features a thumb gusset and a cable panel running along the top of the mitt.
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
Colder weather is fast approaching and I wanted to create a squishy cozy pair of socks to put on during those bitterly cold nights spent by the fire.

Knitting: Cuffs
This pattern was inspired by the pair worn by Claire in the Outlander Series. I loved how they looked simple but with subtle details.
Knitting: Cowl
This cowl was knit using Cascade 220 Superwash. The sample cowl used 125 yds of white yarn, and approximately 25 yds each of the 4 other contrast colors.
Knitting: Scarf
I had one skein of Lorna’s Laces and thought it would be a nice soft scarflette that can go around one’s neck and tuck neatly under their jacket in the cold weather without being too bulky or cumbersome.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
The inspiration behind this project is Hagrid from J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter Series. I imagined Hagrid knitting himself a scarf which would be a wrap for a normal muggle.

Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
Inspired by the Rabbiteye Blueberry, these socks feature rows of cables with an alternating lace section. I would say the fit of the sample socks is closest to a Women’s Medium but a Larger size could be made easily by using a thicker weight yarn and/or using a US 2 needle.
Knitting: Cowl
This cowl pattern is modifiable in that there is a single lace pattern that can be repeated as many times as a person desires and one can CO any number of sts to accommodate their desired width.

Hermione, as described in J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter Series, is a rather smart and practical heroine. While she can dress up with the best of them, these socks remind me of something she might wear while practicing charms or transfiguration or reading up on Arithromancy in the Gryffindor Common Room.

Knitting: Mittens
I have always loved the textures found within many a fisherman’s sweater and/or mitten pattern. For these mittens, I modified a stitch pattern slightly so it fit my mitten/gauge needs, so this isn’t necessarily a pattern written by me, but more of how I put together this particular pair of mittens.

Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
My inspiration for this sock “pattern” came from both the particular colorway used (Fresh From the Cauldron’s Superwash Sock in the Burrow Colorway) and from the Weasley Family itself from J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter Series. I want to note that the stitch pattern used throughout this sock has been used in several other projects and I am not, in...
