Helena Rose Stole
by Kath Andrews
This stole uses two vintage lace stitch patterns and in honour of the Victorian heritage of the patterns, this stole was named after one of Queen Victoria’s daughters, Princess Helena.
The stole is worked as one long rectangle and then cast off. The border is worked onto the body of the stole by joining the two together at the ends of the wrong side border rows.
This pattern is featured in Knit Now magazine, which is available in both print and digital editions. Print editions are available (with worldwide shipping) from MoreMags and digital editions are sold via PocketMags.
