Note: I worked for a yarn company for several years and designed patterns for them (mostly free, mostly quite simple) so those are near the top, but scroll down for all my older self-published patterns which are still good! (Just ignore the old “leethalknits” branding.)

Another note: while I was working for that yarn company I was donating 100% of all my pattern sales to mutual aid groups/people, non-profits, and other causes (a bit more about this can be found on my about page here). Now that I’m no longer making that paycheck I’m not donating a set amount but I still do a ton of mutual aid movement work so a lot of what I make here and my time and efforts in my life goes into that. Just fyi.

As a lifelong fan of games, puzzles, and art, I bring my point of view to my knit designs, often using unusual constructions, and/or giving the knitter fun options to choose from, and always trying to bring new things into the knitting world and onto your needles!
