Living on Vancouver Island BC we see our fair share of rain during the winter months. At these indoor times I like to sit down equipped with graph paper, a calculator and knitting stitch dictionary. Coffee is a must!

Using a 9” Circular needle (or needle of your choice) you will create a pair of Spiral Socks with a little twist. The cuff, leg, heel and foot will all be done with a 9” circular needle. The toes will be done with a 32” circular needle.

Why do I call these needles Darling? My mom used to say Hi Darling! to my daughter when she was 18 months old. As weeks went by my daughter dropped the hi when she said it back and just said Darling. Therefore, her name became Darling instead of Grandma.
