Crochet: Doll
Sweet Ami’s, sweet friends. This 9 1/2 inch doll is crocheted with worsted weight yarn and a size D or 3mm hook.
Crochet: Doll
The doll body is made from size 10 crochet cotton and the larger hook. Use a stiffer cotton, like Aunt Lydia’s, instead of a soft cotton, like Knit PIcks Curio. The stiffer cotton makes a better doll body.

Miranda is a modified Lalylala doll, based on Paul the Toadstool. She is about two inches shorter, but the same basic proportions. This knit cardigan sweater fits Miranda and other similarly shaped eight inch dolls. By making the sweater and the sleeves a bit longer, this sweater would also fit an original sized Lalylala doll as well.

They are crochet primarily with simple single crochet stitches in a continuous spiral. One strand of fingering weight and one strand of lace weight yarn are used as one to crochet these owls.
