Knitting: Cardigan
Farrand is worked in one piece from the bottom up, with sleeves worked in the round. Sleeves and body are joined and worked together, and sleeves are decreased with raglan shaping. The sleeve cable then travels across the shoulders to form the continuous saddle. Front edging is knitted and seamed on.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Forest Ave is a super cute, really quick knit little beanie that I worked up in collaboration with Colleen at Little Lionhead Knits.
Knitting: Pullover
Celadon was originally published in Knitscene; now updated in my style, and with extended sizing!
Knitting: Cardigan
Oversized and cozy, Bishop is fun to knit and easy to wear. Cabled decreases shape the deep yoke, and add visual interest to the Stockinette stitch back; while short rows and decreases give a clean fit at the neck edge. Originally published in Berroco Portfolio V. 6, Bishop is now available as a single pattern. Completely rewritten and edited p...
Knitting: Pullover
Maniototo is worked in the round from the top down, with a modified saddle shoulder. Drop shoulders are shaped with short rows for fit, and front and back are picked up from shoulders and worked flat to armholes, then joined to work remainder of body in the round; tails are once again worked flat.
Knitting: Pullover
A light, slightly cropped sweater with patterned raglan panels and overall texture, this sweater is a fun and quick knit perfect for the spring or fall. Not too complicated for the aspiring sweater knitter, but with enough interesting details to keep the knitting from being dull.

Newman is a unisex-style ribbed sweater knit sideways from cuff to cuff in brioche stitches. Stitches are then picked up at both front and back bodies separately, and knit downwards in at to different lengths. Aside from the entire pullover knit in brioche rib, the construction is simple and the process is quite meditative. Quince & Co. Chi...
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Wrap is worked sideways from one narrow edge to the other. Increases and decreases are worked in groups of 4 to maintain the stitch pattern, for a striking line. After finishing the body of the wrap, the edging is picked up with the secondary yarn, and is worked back and forth with short row shaping, and a picot bind off.
Knitting: Cowl
Cowl is worked bottom to top, with a bind-off edge that matches the cast-on edge exactly. The Honeycomb Pattern is quick and easy to work, and yields a nice dimensional textured fabric.
