Pattern Download Problem - Contact Ravelry. This is likely a Ravelry issue and not a designer issue. They’re the best point of contact to resolve any site problems like issues downloading your pattern. Plus, if they know about it, they can prevent it from happening to someone else in our lovely community. ♥

Pattern Support - Likely glued to my desk, deep in spreadsheets tech editing for other wonderful designers. As such, I am not online on Ravelry often and am unable to respond to DMs in a timely manner. Therefore, pattern support is only available via email. This is the easiest and most effective way to reach me and put you into my workflow. My office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am - 12 pm MST. Any emails sent outside of office hours will get a response the next business day.
