Normally, you would have to wait until January to get access to these patterns, but from now through the end of November I’m making the 3 pattern eBook available to everyone for just $10! (No coupon needed.)
With Club Yumi we celebrate local artisans, indie dyers and small businesses by thoughtfully bringing them together to create one-of-a-kind mystery knit kits. This Trio of 3 shawl Patterns is being featured in Club Yumi’s 2018 Loving Local kits which highlight lovely local wools & natural dyers. I’ll post information about each shawl in the collection here as they’re released.

Shawl # 1 - The Baymen Shawl - Named for the wood cutters who originally harvested Logwood in Belize, the Baymen Shawl is perfect for those busy yarns that we all love but don’t know how to use. It begins in one corner & uses increases placed along the center of the shawl to create waves of mesh and garter-stitch reminiscent of the rivers where Logwood trees prefer to grow. The shawl is edged with a bobble-bind-off to give it a fun finish & add a bit of texture without going overboard. Instructions are included for making the shawl with as much or as little yarn as you have available so feel free to pick a yarn that you love and cast on!
-
Shawl # 2 will be released by December 10, 2018 & features half-pi-shawl shaping along with lace patterns & garter stripes.
-
Shawl # 3 will be released by December 31, 2018 & features a mosaic colorwork pattern.
