With fall on it’s way, I’m longing for cool breezes, leaves emblazoned in gold, red, and yellow, pumpkins, and of course adorable Fair Isle owls on knit caps!

Yarn: Sport Weight or heavy fingering weight in 100% non-superwash wool. Hold thin fingering yarn double. I used Cascade 220 Fingering (held double) and Spin Cycle Dyed in the Wool.

MC: 20, 25, 30, 35 grams/70, 90, 105, 123 yards
CC: 15, 20, 25, 30 grams/53, 70, 90, 105 yards
Double this amount if holding thin yarn with two strands together.
