The V Squared Tank features a unique embossed rib pattern that is super fun to work, a square neckline, and wide straps. The construction of this close-fitting tank is top-down beginning with a series of short rows to raise the front neck. The strap stitches are picked up and joined at the shoulder. Options for waist shaping and length adjustments are included.

Recommended ease:
- 5 to - ½ inches at bust. Choose a size that is 5”/ 13 cm smaller to ½ “/ 1 cm smaller than your actual bust size. Cropped sample (in Bay Scallop) is size 1 with 4 ½”/ 10 cm of negative ease and longer sample (in Madder Root) is size 2 with 1” / 2.5 cm of negative ease.

Skills required:
Working in the round, increasing and decreasing, German short rows (or comparable method), three needle bind off, picking up sts.

DK or worsted weight yarn.
Sample 1 (cropped) was knit in Cape May Fiber DK Merino (100% super wash merino) – 231 yds per 100 g skein in Bay Scallop. Requires 2 (2, 2, 2, 3) (3, 3, 3, 3) skeins.
