“These wristwarmers are longer than usual, with a slightly relaxed fit for a really cosy layered look,” says Mary Henderson. “It was great fun to knit the stranded colourwork in a combination of deep red, rust, turquoise and dark teal, with a touch of light fawn to calm things down a bit.” Mary has used six shades of her favourite yarn, Jamieson & Smith’s 2ply Jumper Weight Shetland wool, and this project will be a great way to use up odds and ends of 4ply yarn in your stash.
