A shrug with great flair and a slightly exotic feel~

This piece is knitted on size 11 circular needles either 29” or 32” in length going back and forth. Pattern is appropriate for advanced beginner, not difficult but perhaps a bit much for the first time knitter.

Written instructions for sizes small/medium and large/X-large with lots of photos to help you finish.

This shrug was knitted in Zen Garden’s Serenity Silk Singles yarn that is oh so soft and luxurious. Each skein holds 430 yards of super wash merino, cashmere and silk.

Actual yardage in fingering yarn used here is 365 to 430 yards in main color and 150 to 175 yards in secondary color.

As you can see one can wear the Topic also as a scarf or cowl.
