Gobble, Gobble! Meet Toby the Turkey, a friendly bird who is extremely grateful he is not being gobbled up for Thanksgiving dinner.

He can be made in any yarn and hook combination you want. Just be certain that the fabric is firm enough that stuffing does not show through.

My turkey is made in I Love This Yarn! Solids in five different colors:

• Color 1: Toasted Almond (175 yards)
• Color 2: Brown (30 yards)
• Color 3: Ivory (70 yards)
• Color 4: Yellow (35 yards)
• Color 5: Cranberry (less than 10 yards)

Toby is an intermediate-level pattern. Skills you will need include single crochet, double crochet, increases, decreases, color changes, joining new yarn with a single crochet, and some seaming.
