Tidal Zone is a crescent shaped shawl embellished with a lace and cable motif that expands organically from a band of lace worked in the middle of the shawl.
Multiple colour options are outlined in the pattern: combine your favourite speckle yarn with a semi-solid for a two-toned shawl, or simply use a contrasting stripe of colour for the first lace band. A single colour version is equally dramatic – simple ignore all colour change directions to achieve an elegant and visually appealing hug for your neck.

For a solid coloured shawl with a single contrasting stripe you will need an additional 60 metres.

Techniques used
