Three scarf patterns are included in the booklet.

Tiger Lilly - (Ecru & Jacob Mar, with garter stitch border) is an old Estonian lace pattern. The foliage plays a supportive role to the flower, and blends elegantly into the background. In keeping with that, I kept the border simple and unobtrusive so the lace pattern would stand out more. The lines are long, and the lace itself makes me think of the buds of the Lilly.

Gauge: In lace knitting this is critical only as it applies to the dressed laciness of the fabric, unless you are knitting a garment with shaping. For shawls, stoles and scarves, what is most important is the finished effect of the lace. You may need to knit more than one swatch to get a feel for what size needle the yarn likes to be knit at for that particular stitch pattern.

Materials: 2/8 weight (fingering weight yarn, amount varies weight scarf and desired length. 3 oz. Will be sufficient for each style.
