This is the twentieth in a series of 24 linked patterns to be published daily in December 2016. The pattern for the box shaped like a book is published separately.

This pattern is for the knitted frame round the title on the front cover. The title itself is printed on to card – the image is included in the pattern. Once the title has been added, the front cover and front wall can be sewn to the rest of the book.
