This triangular shawl uses simple stitches and touches of colour to create a modern crochet accessory.

The pattern contains written instructions (both US & UK terms), with two options for the edging. Just a couple of extra rows takes you from contemporary crochet to classic!

Suitable for confident beginners.

Things you’ll need:

Option 1:

John Arbon Knit By Numbers (double knit, 100% merino, 250m/273yds/100g)
3x 100g skeins of grey KBN 6 (Main Colour - MC)
1x 25g mini-skein in each of the following six colours: pink KBN 24 (Contrasting Colour - CC1), yellow KBN 51 (CC2), bright pink KBN 62 (CC3), blue KBN 31 (CC4), green KBN 70 (CC5), orange KBN 16 (CC6).
4.5mm hook

Option 2:

John Arbon Exmoor Zwartbles (double knit, 30% Zwartbles, 70% Exmoor Blueface, 243m/265yds/100g), 2x 100g skeins in light (MC)
John Arbon Exmoor Zwartbles (double knit, 60% Zwartbles, 40% Exmoor Blueface, 243m/265yds/100g), 1x 100g skein in mid (CC)
4.5mm hook

Post Blocking Tension: 13 sts and 9 rows = 10cm (4 inches)

Post Blocking Measurements: Option 1: 68 x 190cm (27 x 75 inches)
Option 2: 74 x 198cm (29 x 78 inches)
