Harvest Moon
This crescent shawl is a sophisticated and stripey accessory, perfect for autumn (or, let’s face it, any other time of year!). It is the second design in the Seasons Collection. The first is Emergence of Spring, a filet wrap. Next up is a cosy shawl for the winter months, which is in the works, followed by something for summer… that I haven’t thought of yet!
There are two sizes to make here and the option of two or three-colour stripes.
Included here is the written pattern, charts and plenty of photographs.
Both UK and US versions of this pattern are available.
This shawl would suit intermediate crocheters.

Yarn alternatives: Most 4ply/fingering yarns would work well in this shawl. The yarn used (Knit By Numbers) is a soft and woolly yarn with a slight halo.
Tension: Whilst tension isn’t critical for this project, it will affect the amount of yarn you need. First 10 rows of pattern (before blocking): 7 x 27 cm/2.75 x 10.5 inches
Measurements (after blocking): Small: 183 x 52cm/72 x 20.5 inches Large: 213 x 66cm/84 x 26 inches
