The Aria Top
The Aria Top is a bat sleeve cold shoulder top, crocheted on one piece, starting from the bottom to the neck, and then continued on to the front. It is seamed on the sides and on then attached on the round for the waist and sleeve sc-ribbing.
This top is meant to have 7-10” of positive ease that with the waist ribbing, gives the illusion of being thinner. It is very flattering on every size. The garment’s positive ease starts to grow from the waist to the bust. Having no ease on the ribbing and making it wide enough to cover the waist to the hip.
Gauge is very important for the pattern.
the length of the sleeves is included on the bust of the pattern so it is very important that you select the size of clothing that you normally wear. The sizes may seam to be bigger on inches but it is because we are considering the sleeves as part of the bust measurement.
XS is for people with busts 28”-30”
S is for people with busts 32”-34”
M is for people with busts 36”-38”
