Note that this felted bag is made with two strands of worsted weight yarn. I used the last of my yardage while making the i-cord, so having an extra skein available (or a coordinating color of feltable yarn) is probably a good idea.

From the sub-terrestrial to the clouds, the strata of this backpack-shaped bag are constructed one at a time from the bottom up. There are no seams and no ends to weave in.

While there is lots of interest for the experienced knitter, it would also be a good project for an adventurous beginner since any wobbles in tension will felt away magically.
