TAMORA: Thus, in this strange and sad habiliment, / I will encounter with Andronicus, / And say I am Revenge, sent from below / To join with him and right his heinous wrongs (Titus Andronicus, Act V, Scene ii).

I wanted to design a piece that, like Tamora, could shift shape. The superfine wool-stainless steel yarn seems both refined and barbaric, and fabric knit from it is shapeable and has memory, so you can twist it into various forms to suit your mood: ornament, disguise, or, in a pinch, a means of vengeance. Spoiler alert: it won’t be Tamora dishing out the revenge in the final scene.
