Summer Travels
Traveling stitches create this unique and dramatic design in our Summer Travels shawl.
Originally released as our Summer 2014 Mystery Knit-Along.
This large, easy to wear 2 color shawl is knitted in fingering weight yarn using highly contrasted yarn and traveling stitches to create interesting patterns and lace.
The pattern creates a uniquely shaped square back, triangle shawl. Beading is optional, but a great introduction to using beads.
Once again our friends at Stunning String Studio are offering “Summer Travels” yarn kits including yarn, beads and stitch markers in your choice of colors.
There are a lot of discussions about this pattern in the Wild Prairie Knits group, so come and join us.
This pattern is knitCompanion® supported. What does that mean?
