The general consensus among knitters is that kids should get as much wear as possible out of a garment. However, they don’t seem to consider that it could be outworn by the time it fits. Or that it may look like a paper sack. Fitting in is hard enough for kids, don’t make them suffer by forcing them to wear bad knitting.“

Construction Notes:This sweater is made in separate pieces that are sewn together into a sweater. Like Lorelei and Poppy this sweater begins with a bottom panel from which stitches are picked up. However, instead of working in the round, you’ll knit tow separate panels and pick up stitches to work each piece flat.
