Stoneheart
To celebrate the release of this sweater, save an automatic 20% through 3/27, no code needed! Thank you for supporting my work! :)
A little moody, yet a little romantic – this textured sweater can go with anything! The broken rib on the body is complemented by the eyelets and braids running along the raglan yoke increases. Using a subtly variegated yarn can add an extra layer of texture to this sweater, making it really pop!
This sweater is knit from the top down, using German short rows to briefly shape the neckline before beginning raglan yoke increases in the round. The stitches for the sleeves are placed on hold at the underarm as the body is finished, and I provide instructions for two fits (full length without shaping, or slightly cropped with tapered waist shaping). Finally, the sleeves are worked to maintain the established texture.
Here is a link to the project page for the sample.
ERRATA: for the smallest size (32” / 81 cm bust), the cast on should read 148 sts. I’m working on revising the pattern to fix this error, as I am also reworking the formatting and expanding the size range :) thank you so much for your patience, feel free to reach out with any questions in the meantime!
