A sparkling beaded star dazzles at the crown of this slouchy beanie. Worked in DK weight from the top down with bold increase lines and simple slipped-stitch beading, it’s fun to knit at even more fun to wear!

*Construction Details*
This hat is worked in the round from the top down. To start, beads are pre-strung on the needles and an invisible circular cast-on is worked. The crown is shaped with increases as beads are placed using simple slipped stitch bead knitting. After completing the crown, the body is worked without shaping. Stitches are decreased for the brim and it’s worked in a K1P1 Ribbing. There are suggestions for changing the hat depth in the pattern notes.
Pattern is written and charted.
