Soundtrack
Soundtrack is an easy-to-make layering top featuring 2 contrasting colors worked in a simple (yet entertaining!) slip stitch pattern. Like a catchy melody, Soundtrack’s stitch pattern is a bit addictive - you’ll have a hard time putting it down!
Note: Purchase the Soundtrack Set ebook if you would like BOTH this top as well as the Soundtrack Cowl!
This top is worked seamlessly from the bottom-up, with the body being worked in the round and then each front/back is separated at the underarms and worked back-and-forth up to the shoulders. Short rows are used to shape the shoulders and then front/back are attached using the three needle bind-off technique. Stitches are picked up around the neck and each armhole to create rib trim. I have lots of tips listed on my Soundtrack Tips Page - are you ready to make your own Soundtrack? Pattern details below!

Gauge: 19 sts & 36 rnds = 4”/10 cm in Slip Stitch Patt in the rnd after blocking.
Yarn: Worsted-weight yarn, shown in Superwash Worsted by Sweet Georgia (100% Superwash Merino; 115g = 200 yds), broken out as follows:
• Color A - color dominant on the bottom: 425 (475, 550, 620) (700, 775, 855) yds, 3 (3, 3, 4) (4, 4, 5) skeins, shown in Cayenne.

Important Note: If there is any chance that you may add length to your garment (which you may want to consider depending on your preferred fit), purchase an extra skein of each color. If you wind up with extra yarn, then you can use it to make the cowl!
