Don’t let crocheters have all the fun… knit up your own flurry of snowflakes!
This is a knitting pattern suitable for intermediate to experienced knitters, and involves the following techniques:
- Making I-cord
- Working in the round
- Increases (yo, double yo, knit front and back, and M 1) and Decreases (k 2 tog, k 3 tog, and slip 1, k 1, psso)
- Provisional Cast On
- Short Rows
Each finished snowflake measures about 4 to 5 inches across, and takes between 10 and 20 yards of heavy worsted weight yarn.
