The Skipping Stones Cowl is a joyful, polka-dotted accessory knit in fingering weight. Featuring bobbled edgings, this cowl ripples with fun eyelet and garter stitch stripes. To play with the circle theme, there are two different sizes of eyelets used in this cowl.
Construction Details:
The cowl is worked in one piece in the round.

Sizes: One size.
Finished measurements: Approximately 23”/57 cm width & 12.5”/31 cm length.
Gauge: 22 stitches and 32 rows = 4”/10 cm in stockinette stitch, blocked, using size needle to obtain gauge.
Needles: US 5 (3.75 mm) 24”/60 cm circular needle or size needed for gauge. Adjust needle size as necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Yarn: 400 yards of fingering weight (CYCA #1) yarn. Sample made with Asylum Fibers “Luxe Fingering“ (100% Superwash Merino Wool, 438 yds /100 g) in Housecat, 1 skein.
Other Materials: Stitch marker, tapestry needle.
