These seahorses come complete with curly tails to keep them from drifting away in rough waters. My favorite factoid about seahorses is that the males carry the developing seahorse babies in special pouches within their abdomens. I designed this pattern during the seventh month of my second pregnancy and thought that the seahorse arrangement of who has to carry the baby around sounded like a pretty sweet deal.
