This little sea turtle is a cruiser and likes nothing more than a relaxing swim. In the ocean, a sea turtle’s shell helps it blend into its environment because it is dark on top and lighter on the bottom. So, whether you were to look down from above at the dark surface of the ocean or were under water looking up at the brighter sky, our little turtle’s shell would be harder to see from either direction.
