This pattern is for any weight yarn! A very simple pattern for a very basic custom hat. A good introduction to any-gauge patterns.
Start at the top, work out until you have enough to measure your gauge, knit out to your own custom size, down to your own custom height, then finish off with some twisted ribbing for a nice stretchy brim.
One skein of any yarn should be fine, so it’s a fun way to use up a nice single skein of handspun or something else special.
If you like this any-gauge pattern, check out Lee’s other, more complex patterns for any weight yarn!
