With its unique pointed edge and versatile rectangular shape, this shawl is perfect for stash-busting and can be made completely unique through endless color combinations!

APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS
Length: 57” (145 cm)
Depth: 12” (30 cm)

GAUGE
25 sts / 48 rows = 4” / 10 cm in Mosaic Colorwork using larger needles (US 7 (4.5 mm)) after a light blocking
Exact gauge is not critical. However, the shawl requires nearly the entire skein of each color, deviation from the gauge will affect the size of the shawl and yarn requirements.

SUGGESTED YARN
Laurel Falls in Mojave Flora Gradient Set by Miss Babs Yarn; 100% superwash Shaniko Merino wool; this gradient set contains six 150 yd (1.7 oz (137 m / 50 g) skeins. Sport Weight.

Or approximately 300 g of a similar sport weight yarn - this is a perfect project for scraps or mini skeins! Choose solid or mostly solid colored yarn that has good stitch definition and select colors that have enough contrast to allow the colorwork to stand out.

NEEDLES
US6 (4.0 mm) and US7 (4.5 mm) circular needle, or size to obtain gauge at least 24” (60 cm) long.

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, stitch markers (12), kitchen scale (to divide up skeins into smaller portions)
