The centered cable down the front of these cozy, fingerless gloves, with its echoing lines, brings to mind ripples in water. A quick knit, in gorgeous, hand-dyed aran weight yarn; these gloves—short or long—make a wonderful accessory to knit for yourself, or to give as a gift!

SIZE: One size (fits average ladies’ size hand)

NEEDLES: US6 / 4mm and US7 / 4.5mm dpns, or size needed to obtain gauge

NOTIONS:
• Cable needle

GAUGE: 5 sts x 6 rnds = 1” / 2.5cm in St st with larger sized needles

YARN:
The Plucky Knitter Traveler Aran 65% Merino, 20% Silk, 15% Yak; 220 yd / 201m. Color: Bisque, 1 skein, for short glove. Or approx 140 yd / 129m of similar heavy worsted or aran weight yarn. Color: Fat Fish Blue, 1 skein, for longer glove. Or approx 170 yd / 155m for longer glove of similar heavy worsted or aran weight yarn.
