Bold stitches make for great textures in this very cool wrap.
Knitted top down with several beautiful stitch patterns which all add great interest and charm.
Doesn’t it remind of of something that the cast in the show Outlander would wear?
For a lighter weight version, a single strand of light worsted or even a sport weight yarn will do just fine and create a more open look.
Written pattern with chart for the bottom lace portion.
Yarn
Rondo, a light worsted weight very structured vegan yarn in a 75% cotton/25% Polyamide. 132 yards, 50 grams a skein. Knit kits with the free in kit pattern are available at www.yarnz2go.com
8 skeins 1056 yards used with yarns held double throughout.
Alternatively use a single strand & 530 yards in a chunky weight yarn.

US size 6 (4 mm) circular needle 36” (91 cm) in length
US size 10 (6 mm) circular needle 36“ (91 cm)in length
Gauge
8 sts and 8 rows complete a 4” swatch in completed Column pattern stitch knitted with smaller needles.
N O T E: I am a loose knitter, you may not be, so a gauge swatch is a must to see what needle size will work for you to reach the given dimensions.
