Quilt Star Scarf (KNIT)
Hi everyone! I’ve been in touch with people who have concerns re this pattern. Most of what I work on have been items for teaching, and this remains my primary focus. I will leave this as an unlisted pattern so that this remains in the Ravelry libraries of those that haven’t downloaded it to their personal devices. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
This design provides a sampling of quilt star motifs as a knitted fabric. I wanted the scarf to have the nostalgia and whimsy of patchwork quilts. Each star motif is knitted in stranded colourwork, and in intarsia for the border and where different panels meet. The small and easy amount of intarsia is perfect for those who are new-to the intarsia technique.
