The Possibly Maybe socks include charted directions only.

For these socks, I started with a vague idea and changed my mind about a hundred times in the process! They were originally going to be symmetrical, but then I thought it would be more fun with a braided intertwining pattern. They were also going to be all twisted rib, but then I thought a little stockinette section might be a good idea. One of the things I love about knitting are the endless possibilities.

While I love the finished socks, I have to admit that I hadn’t looked ahead to how I would size them. The charts may appear daunting due to their size, but the overall pattern is very “logical”.

The Possibly Maybe Socks have movement in a braided direction. Note that the socks do pull in quite a bit from the patterning.
