This hat was inspired by my recent teaching trip to Antarctica where I wanted to the participants to make a special souvenir from their trip. They made the worsted version (the blue and green at the left and the ones in the group photo) which has different stitch counts, is done in Blue Sky Woolstok and is free when you buy this pattern. This is the DK version.

The Penguin Ruckus Worsted is also included as a PDF with the other 2 DK Patterns in your library because Sharon From Security said it’s a requirement or she’s quitting. But also, to make sure to choose the pattern with the proper yarn weight and if you screw that up, don’t come to her (don’t shoot the messenger - do you think I want to be on her bad side?)

Materials
Materials: DK Yarn, 50 yards/20g mini skeins X 6 for 20” and 75 yards/20g/1.5 mini-skeins X 6 for 24”. Shown in Emma’s Yarn DK with the below colors. Feel free to choose any colors that you enjoy and practice with the schematic, left. Note that Colors C and D are the same for this version (and require 2 minis) but feel free to use different colors if you like.
Color A: Love & Leche, Color B: Shut the Front Door
Color C: Whisper, Color D: Whisper (Second skein needed)
Color E: Barking up the Wrong Tree, Color F: Thai Tea
