Oli Sweater
The Oli Sweater - A modern, yet nostalgic design inspired by music.
The Oli Sweater was inspired by an album that brought back waves of nostalgia and took me back to the days when I posted emo lyrics as my Facebook status. It’s been a long time since I’ve done that, but one thing that hasn’t changed is my love for some good alternative music. After listening to the album on repeat, I was inspired to create the Oli Sweater. It’s a little oversized, which was inspired by a punk-ish modern vibe. Whatever your style is, this might just become the comfiest, coziest sweater you own.
This easy pullover sweater pattern uses a simple, knit-like texture to create a sweater that looks too good to be crochet… but it is! This super soft yarn works up really quickly. As one of my pattern testers said, you can go from swatch to sweater in less than a week! Whether you’re looking for your first crochet garment project, or a classic crochet pullover that’s fast, easy, and stylish - you’ll love this pattern.
