Moon Dust
Garter stitch, seed stitch, and contrast colour fishnet lace make this shawl a simple and relaxing knit while also keeping the knitting interesting. The end result is an open and lofty wrap which depending on your colour combo can be a classy, timeless wardrobe staple or a wildly bold statement piece.
Moon Dust is worked sideways from one corner to the opposite side of the triangle. Increases are made on one side only for a slightly asymmetric triangle shape.
Size is easy to adjust for different yarn amounts by making fewer or additional stripes before the MC border.
YARN
Two colours of La Bien Aimée Merino Singles (100% merino wool; 366 m / 400 yds per 100 g), one skein of both colours. Shown in colours Direwolf (MC) ja Romance (CC).
Or two colours of similar fingering weight yarn.
AMOUNT OF YARN
Main colour (MC): 400 m / 437 yds
Contrast colour (CC): 284 m / 311 yds

This shawl is worked flat, but I recommend using 80-100 cm / 32-40 inch circular needles to accommodate the growing number of stitches.
