Lighthouse
Lighthouse is a classic crescent with a modern touch. Vertical eyelet bands dash dynamically through the garter stitch body towards the contrast colour border, creating a sleek & simple lace shawl.
You knit Lighthouse from the top down into a generous crescent shape that sits effortlessly on the shoulders and is easy to tie around the neck in numerous ways.
You can easily adjust the size by making the body section as big or small as you want.
YARN
Two colours of Lakes Yarn and Fiber Silk Single Fingering (70% merino wool, 30% silk; 398 m / 435 yds per 100 g), one skein of both colours. Shown in colours Lutra (C1) and Sweet Clover (C2).
Or two colours of similar fingering weight yarn.
