Knitted in the round and top down with even adding a bit of detail. This piece could easily made longer and wider as well, you would just need more yarn.

From fingering, sport to bulky yarns. 10 color/texture changes in 20 yard portions each, or use one color and all different textures and weights. 200 yards total. Anything goes…..

US size 10.5 (6.5 mm) circular needles 16” in length
US size 15 (10 mm) circular needles 29” in length
4 stitch markers

Gauge:
7 sts and 9 rows in 2” of Stockinette knitting with fingering weight yarn
