Throw me a rainbow
The perfect project for your “Spring knitting”…
I’d love it if you are to add this free pattern to your Faves~
A simple yet striking triangular shawl with easy color work, even easier when knitted with just one Layers skein that is already arranged for you.
Instructions on when to change colors are given if knitting from your stash yarn. Simple eyelet stitches lend a bit of simple lace and a seemingly floating middle stitch.
Level of Expertise: Easy
Yarn: One Layers skein, featured here in color Rainbow, though other delicious color ways are available at www.yarnz2GO.com
200 yards per skein.
Alternatively use your stash, any leftover from a previous project will do. 20 yards of each from fingering, sport, DK to worsted weight yarns. 10 color changes, the order is given though it is totally up to you and what yarn you like to use.
Notions: US size 17 (12 mm) circular needle 32” (81.3 cm) in length Gauge: 10 sts and 10 rows in 4” of stockinette stitch, unblocked
