Lone Tree Hat

Designer: Julia Schwartz

Yarn: Any DK weight yarn. Model used Sewrella Yarn Classic DK, 60 g/ 180 yrds needed.

Needles: 6/ 4.00mm 32 inch circular needles for the magic loop.

Notions: Yarn needle for weaving in your ends, stich makers (4)

Gauge: 14 stitches and 20 rows = 2 inches

Size: Adult hand

Stitches used: SM (slip marker), PM (place marker), k, p, RT, LT, P2tog (purl 2 stitches together), KFB (knit front and back stitches), KBF (knit back and front stitches), KFBF (knit front, back and front of stitch).

Special Stitches:
Right Twist (RT): Knit 2 together keeping both stitches on the left needle, knit into the first stitch, then pull both stitches onto the right needle, stitch complete.
Left Twist (LT): Knit through the back loop of the 2nd st, keep the stitch on the left needle, knit in the first stitch, then pull both stitches onto the right needle, stitch complete.
