This pattern is a Vintage Di Gilpin pattern!

Lines is inspired by the reeds beds that border Hebridean burns and lochans. It uses the green lines of reed stems and pompoms as seed heads in a light-hearted take on a natural scene.

The pattern is written for 1 strand of Aran weight, but Di notes you can also twist a strand of 4-ply with a strand DK or 3 strands of 4-ply together to create your own blend of Aran weight yarn!
