Laurel Leaf Scarf
by Sue Perez
My first published pattern! Originally included in a book of patterns donated by several knitters and crocheters to benefit the Los Angeles Mission. (Booklet no longer available.) Pattern is now free on my blog - see link below.
The Laurel Leaf Scarf features a stylized leaf edging accented with picots and linked chain stitches. Any weight yarn may be used, but recommended for worsted weight. If using a thicker yarn, see pattern notes on blog for enlarging the core band to accommodate the border.
Note: Depending on the yarn you use, you may want to decrease a hook size when crocheting the border.
