This Purse is made up of two half circle sides and an oval base which are made separately and sewn together. Colors are changed every row in the striped half circles. The ends of the stripes in the half circles form fringe, so there is no need to weave in ends. A round of surface slip stitch is worked along the straight edge of each half circle. The half circles are attached to the base along this slip stitch line.
