Try-it-on-tubing for the open cast-on at the folded waistband edge

CONSTRUCTION
The skirt is worked from the top down.
First a folded waistband edge is worked, then short rows are worked along the back of the skirt to create a good fit. After this, the skirt is worked down in the round while increases are worked, first along the sides and then evenly around every 5th section worked in color A.
The skirt is finished with a folded edge.
