This is a pretty simple pattern, good for someone new to working in the round perhaps, looking for a small DPN project. It would be a great little gift for the guitarist in your life!

For the sample, a DK-ish weight yarn was used, knit tightly on size US 2 needles, for a gauge of 8 sts/inch, but the pattern is very easily adjustable to pretty much any gauge of your choice (modification notes included); this item is a great way to use up some rockin’ leftover sock yarn!
