“Ghiribìz” (the word for “whim” in the dialect spoken in Trieste) is an oversized pullover, knit
top down in one piece.
The sweater has an unusual neckline and the back is shaped with a series of short rows: the yoke
is knit in stockinette stitch.
The three-quarter length sleeves are worked in stockinette stitch.
The body is also knit in stockinette stitch embellished with an elegant lace stitch.
All borders are in twisted rib stitch.

XS (S, M, L, XL, XXL) to fit bust size 76 (86, 96, 106, 117, 127) cm – 30 (34, 38, 42, 46, 50) in.
Shown in size M with bust size 96 cm – 38 in and with 30 cm – 11 ¾ in of positive ease.
If you want the same look as the model in the photograph, choose a size that is 27/46 cm – 10 ¾ / 18 ¼ in larger than your actual bust measurement.

“Ghiribìz” (in dialetto triestino “capriccio”) è un maglione dalla linea oversized lavorato dall’alto verso il basso in un unico pezzo.
Il collo ha una linea insolita, il dietro è modellato con una serie di ferri accorciati e lo sprone è lavorato a maglia rasata.
Le maniche sono lavorate a maglia rasata e sono a tre quarti.
Anche il corpo è lavorato a maglia rasata e alla fine presenta un’alta banda di pizzo molto suggestiva.

Der Pullover hat einen unüblichen Ausschnit und der Rückenteil ist mit Hilfe der kurzen Reihen konstruiert. Die Passe ist glatt rechts in der Runde gestrickt, die dreiviertel langen Ärmel genauso. Nach der Passe wird weiter glatt rechts in der Runde gestrickt und ab ca. der Hälfte wird mit einer eleganten Spitze (Lochmuster) weiter gestrickt. Alle Bündchen werden mit Bündchenmuster getrickt – wobei alle rechte Maschen verkreuzt gestrickt werden.

XS (S, M, L, XL, XXL): Diese Größen entsprechen einem Brustumfang von 76 (86, 96, 106, 117, 127) cm.
Das auf den Fotos gezeigte Modell entspricht Größe M, getragen bei einem Brustumfang von 96 cm mit 30 cm Spielraum.
Um den gleichen Effekt wie das Modell auf den Fotos zu erreichen, sollte eine Größe gewählt werden, die 27/46 cm größer ist, als der tatsächliche Brustumfang.
